Kitchen Fixation: May

For Christmas I had received some gift cards that were burning searing holes in my wallet, so I had to get rid of them, and fast. I'd had my eye on these Williams-Sonoma Goldtouch Nonstick Quarter Sheets for a while now. I liked their petite size (they're 13x9"), and being a family of 3, sometimes a full-size sheet pan isn't necessary.

Well let me tell you that these are worth every penny. They cook everything evenly and perfectly, and they're nonstick- and I mean non-stick. Food just slides right off of them. I've roasted vegetables, cooked bacon, and baked cookies on these pans to much success. Remember when I professed my love of using parchment paper? If you cut one of the parchment sheets in half, it fits perfectly in the pan. They also clean up so easily- they can even go in the dishwasher! The only problem is, now I want the entire collection of Goldtouch pans from Williams-Sonoma.

p.s. Williams-Sonoma doesn't know me (wish they did!), I just like their pans and am sharing my wealth of information with you ;)
