Peach & Strawberry Tart


I recently made this tart for a dinner party & it was devoured. This classic shortbread crust and pastry cream filling is so versatile with any fruit. I'm catering the desserts for an upcoming party (more on that to come) and plan to make lots of these tarts in miniature sizes- I can't wait to use various fruits for a colorful display!
