These 3 disco balls are chocolate cake that were made for a disco-themed birthday party! The cakes are frosted w/ buttercream and then "tiled" w/ squares of fondant and then painted w/ a silver edible shimmer and the letters are wafer chocolate. The pictures don't do it justice.
Bravo Rita! You'll have to tell me how the process was, but they look great! I'm impressed that you were able to get them so round.
